2026 Summer · Unit Economics Sprint

SmenaPro UE Case

A 25-minute spreadsheet task: build the unit-economics model for a small SaaS in Google Sheets and submit the document link.

Case25 minutes

You are the founder of SmenaPro, a SaaS that builds staff shift schedules and tracks working hours for small cafés, bakeries, and barbershops with 1-5 locations. Today owners juggle shifts in spreadsheets and chats; SmenaPro generates the schedule, sends each employee their shifts in Telegram, and exports hours for payroll.

There is one plan: 1,490 ₽ / month per location. Your only acquisition channel is Yandex Direct search ads for queries like “график смен сотрудников” and “учёт рабочего времени”. A visitor lands on your page, starts a 14-day free trial with no card, and, if they like it, becomes a paying monthly subscriber. Each month after that they either renew or churn.
